What The Press Is Saying …
It’s the end of an era, to be sure. But another well-tenured local institution is stepping up to take its place, bringing its own tried-and-true recipes — plus some Chanterelle staples — to Snohomish County.
Ristorante Machiavelli owner Suzette Jarding says she has purchased all of Chanterelle's recipes. That includes the tomato bisque. “So I'm hoping to integrate it in the future,” she said. “There are so many people who love it ...“
Machiavelli is ready to grow beyond Capitol Hill with a second location in Edmonds joining the family. Jarding tells The Beacon that the Chanterelle’s recipes, including the tomato bisque, are part of the deal.
Ristorante Machiavelli has long been known for its warm hospitality, and the new Edmonds location maintains the feeling with a welcoming ambiance and genuine attitude from the team.
I feel grateful for Machiavelli as it creates a new culinary community centerpiece.
